Contour Medical Clinic is at 19327 Ventura Blvd in Tarzana, southwest of Van Nuys. From the Valley Municipal Building, Van Nuys Blvd or anywhere near the airport, there are two sensible routes and neither is complicated.
South to the 101, west to the Reseda Blvd exit, then down to Ventura. Usually the quicker option outside peak hours.
West on Victory or Oxnard, then south on Reseda Blvd to Ventura. Slower on paper, often steadier when the 101 is backed up.
Roughly fifteen to twenty minutes either way. Suite F, between Tampa and Reseda, with off-street parking on site.
How Billing Works
A lot of the men we see from Van Nuys are self-employed, work shifts, or carry a plan that treats testosterone as a fight worth having every renewal. We are cash-pay, and we would rather present that as a feature than apologize for it. The $149 diagnostic panel is one-time. After that, $159 a month covers treatment, supplies, provider visits, dose adjustments and every routine follow-up monitoring lab. There is no claim to file, no prior authorization to chase, and no invoice arriving months later for something you thought was settled. Some patients submit receipts to an HSA or FSA — worth checking with your plan.

A three-month prepay is $429, which works out near $143 a month and adds a free month of recovery access. There is no contract either way — the prepay is a discount, not a commitment you are locked into.

The clinic’s GLP-1 program follows the same billing logic — semaglutide at $199/mo or tirzepatide at $299/mo, covering medication, supplies, provider visits, dose titration, a monthly InBody scan and nutrition guidance, with no insurance involved. One important difference from TRT: the weight-loss program does not include bloodwork. Those labs are billed separately, and we would rather you know that here than find it on an invoice.

Do I need insurance?
No. We do not bill insurance at all. You pay $149 once for the diagnostic panel and $159 a month after that, and there is nothing to submit, authorize or wait on. Some patients send receipts to an HSA or FSA — check with your plan on eligibility.
Are you located in Van Nuys?
No. The clinic is in Tarzana at 19327 Ventura Blvd, about fifteen to twenty minutes southwest. We see Van Nuys patients regularly, but there is no Van Nuys office and we are not going to imply there is one.
I work shifts. Can I get an appointment that fits?
We are open 10 AM to 8 PM every day, weekends included, which covers most shift patterns at one end or the other. Book ahead and say what your availability actually looks like rather than trying to fit yourself around a standard weekday.
