From Northridge
The route from Northridge is longer than most of the Valley communities we see patients from, but it is unusually simple. Pick up Reseda Boulevard near Nordhoff or the CSUN campus and stay on it heading south, through Reseda, until it reaches Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana. We are at 19327, Suite F.
South on Reseda Blvd from Nordhoff. One road for the entire run — past the Fashion Center, through Reseda, down to Ventura.
Fifteen to twenty minutes depending on lights and hour. The 101 does not help from Northridge; the surface route is the sensible one.
Off-street parking on site. Nothing to pay, nothing to validate, no structure to navigate at the end of the drive.
Being Straight About It
Northridge is the furthest of the six communities we serve, so it is worth saying plainly what the commitment actually looks like rather than pretending distance is nothing. The first stretch is the busiest part: a free consult, your $149 diagnostic panel, and then a results review with the provider who ordered it. After that the rhythm settles into periodic monitoring labs and check-ins rather than anything weekly or fortnightly. Most Northridge patients tell us the drive is a real consideration in month one and a non-issue by month six. If a fifteen-minute run down one boulevard a handful of times a year is more than you want to take on, that is a legitimate reason to choose somewhere closer — and we would rather you decide that now than three appointments in.
Worth combining trips
The Tarzana location is a wellness studio with the clinic inside it, so a visit can cover a lab draw and a recovery session in the same stop. Open daily 10 AM to 8 PM, weekends included.
Membership
The $149 diagnostic panel is one-time and precedes any treatment decision. The $159 monthly membership covers the ongoing care, and there is no per-visit billing layered on top — which matters more when you are driving further to get there.
Testosterone and supplies, provider visits, dose adjustments, and every routine follow-up monitoring lab while you are an active, eligible patient.
The $149 initial panel. Transferring in with bloodwork from the last 90 days means you skip it, and your first month is $99.
Month to month. A $429 three-month prepay comes to roughly $143/mo and includes a free month of recovery access.
Also For Northridge
If you are making the drive anyway, the clinic’s GLP-1 program runs semaglutide at $199/mo or tirzepatide at $299/mo — medication, supplies, provider visits, dose titration, a monthly InBody scan and nutrition guidance. The monthly InBody does mean a monthly visit, so factor that against the distance. And note the difference from TRT: weight-loss bloodwork is billed separately rather than included in the monthly price.
Questions
That is a long drive. How often do I really have to come in?
The opening stretch is front-loaded — consult, panel, results review. After that it becomes periodic monitoring labs and provider check-ins rather than a frequent commitment. Your provider sets the actual cadence from your results, so ask for the specific schedule at your consult before you commit to the drive.
Are you in Northridge?
No. We are in Tarzana at 19327 Ventura Blvd, roughly fifteen to twenty minutes south on Reseda Blvd. There is no Northridge office, and this page exists because Northridge patients drive to us — not to suggest otherwise.
What if my labs come back normal?
Then you have an answer and you have not started a therapy you did not need. The $149 panel buys information either way, and your provider will talk you through what the numbers mean and what else might be worth looking at.
Can I do the consult before committing to the drive?
The consult is free and carries no obligation, so the first trip costs you time rather than money. Use it to ask what your specific visit schedule would look like — that is the number that decides whether the distance works for you.
