How do I book a session?
You can schedule any service directly through our Mindbody portal. Simply select your desired experience — Wellness Lounge or Contour Lounge — choose a time, and complete checkout online.
Do I need a Mindbody account?
Yes. Creating a free Mindbody account allows you to view upcoming appointments, reschedule sessions, and access your purchase history all in one place.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full-session charge.
Are walk-ins accepted?
Our studio operates by appointment only to ensure privacy and personalized attention. Same-day bookings may be available depending on schedule.
What happens when I arrive for my appointment?
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our team and asked to complete a short intake form. This helps us understand your goals, preferences, and any health considerations so we can personalize your session for the best results.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes — if your selected service allows a guest (such as Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, or Contrast Therapy), they’re welcome to join you. You don’t need to create a separate booking for your guest, but they will be asked to complete a quick intake form upon arrival for safety and personalization.
